The print version of the January 10th 2021 service is available for download:

The video service is available below. We are thankful for the work of Rev. Allison and the Carlisle tech team to record our services.

A couple from Flamborough have asked if they can rent our church for their wedding on Valentines Day, February 14, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. The board members and Rev. Allison have agreed to extend our hospitality given that they will respect our and Halton’s protocols (most importantly limiting the attendees to 10). Maureen met with the couple on Wednesday evening and the bride said she was going to cry knowing that she would be able to wed in a historic and intimate sanctuary. The grooms father is a pastor.

Next week Rev. Dora Sadler will prepare our service while Rev. Allison is on a much needed vacation/break.

If you are able to gather at 10:00 am Sunday morning for the bell ringing, perhaps we can sing the closing blessing hymn (I will bring a few copies of the words)

VU 884 Isaiah 55: You Shall go out with Joy

You shall go out with joy
———and be led forth with peace;
the mountains and the hills
———will break forth before you;
there’ll be shouts of joy,
———and all the trees of the field
will clap, will clap their hands!
And all the trees of the field will clap their hands,
———(clap, clap)
the trees of the field will clap their hands,
———(clap, clap)
the trees of the field will clap their hands
———(clap, clap)
while you go out with joy.
