Thank you to everyone who helped with the Hanging of the Greens sanctuary decorating last Sunday. The sanctuary and Swance Tree Farm tree look so beautiful. Thank you to everyone who continues to quietly maintain our property… Bob and John Dixon for mulching the leaves, Sharon Banks and Monique Gagnon for the outside Christmas decorations, Sheldon Legacy for changing burned out bulbs and setting the furnace timer. Both Sheldon and Don Callaway keep our building free of little furry creatures. Lois, Tina and I did a thorough cleaning of the church last Friday. The room at the wheelchair ramp looks fantastic. We still need to clean and organize the back room. Let me know if you are interested in joining in this future activity.

  • Blue Christmas Service at Carlisle United Church Sunday December 12, 2021 at 3:00 pm. This is a quiet service for those who find the season of Christmas heightens feelings of grief or sadness, pain or loneliness. COVID-19 protocols are in place for the service including proof of vaccination and mandatory masking.   • Christmas Eve Service at Kilbride 6:30 pm. Registration information will be available shortly.
  • Please hold the Griffiths Family from Kilbride in your prayers. The family lost their daughter to suicide last week. Thank you to Nicola Roberts for reaching out to our community of faith so that we can hold the family in our prayers during this difficult time.

  • Don’t forget we are having a Coffee Hour at Kilbride at 9:00 am tomorrow Dec 5, 2021 before the service. Bring your beverage and snack if you wish. The tables are set up so that we can physically distance.
