  • Interested in Butterflies? Work has started on the butterfly garden on the south side of Carlisle United Church. The goal is to refresh the Hazel Watson garden area into a habitat that will support Monarch butterflies and other native species. Volunteers are needed now for preparing the soil and planting. Volunteers will also be needed later for less strenuous tasks like watering and observing. If you are interested in helping, please contact Cathy at moulder@mcmaster.ca or 289-527-0712.
  • Carlisle United Church Plant Sale-Please have orders in by May 11th with delivery on May 17th. $35 per flat of geraniums or begonias. Order online at www.carlisleuc.ca or contact Maureen for a flyer.
  • Save the Date! Saturday June 18th at 4:00 pm bring a lawn chair or sit on a blanket and enjoy the music of Sean Heeley and the Moth Balls on the back lawn of Carlisle United Church as we raise funds to sponsor a Syrian refugee family. BBQ’d hot dogs, hamburgers and drinks will be available for a donation.
