News & Announcements
- Calling all Kilbride United Church Congregation members. As a church and congregation, over the last year we have lost a number of our dear supporters: Sharon Banks, Rose Telfer and most recently our Board Chair Maureen Trenkler. We are holding a Congregational Meeting on Sunday, October 30th at 1:00 p.m. and ask all of you to please attend. We have much to discuss and decisions to make. More information will be coming this week.
- A very big thank you to everyone who participated in the collection of clothing and small appliances for the Ukrainian refugees. It was a resounding success!
- Kilbride Public School recently held a collection of clothing that too was a resounding success. It has been donated to Good Shepherd.
- The migrant worker cookie and clothing drive was also a huge success. Each local farm with migrant workers received boxes of clothing and cookies. In all, 93 boxes of cookies were assembled for the workers to enjoy. Thank you to all who contributed and helped assemble the boxes. A special thank you to Catherine Swatten and her team who organized it.
- West Plains United Church is celebrating Lianne Tan’s 25 Years of Musical Ministry with a concert on Saturday, October 22nd, 2022, at 2:15 p.m. All are welcome.
